All prices are fixed and non-negotiable. Bargaining is not permitted.

Dispatch cost is added separately after the order is placed. As the weight of each item varies, one of our agents will calculate and inform you of the exact delivery charge before dispatch.

Product Accuracy

Each item is exactly as shown in the images provided.

7-Day Checking Warranty

These items are non-warranty products. Customers are entitled to a 7-day checking warranty only. Returns are accepted within this period only if the product or packaging arrives damaged. No claims will be accepted after 7 days.

Out of Stock Product Policy

If the product you purchased is out of stock or if there are inventory or quality control issues, we may need to cancel your order. You will be notified in advance.

For online payments, once your request is verified by our team, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no reimbursement is required as no payment was collected.

Order Preparation Time

Order preparation time may vary. Typically, processing requires 4-5 working days or less. One of our agents will update you once your order is ready for dispatch.

Violation Policy

Return, refund, replacement, and warranty claims will not be accepted after 7 days. Please ensure you check the product immediately upon receipt.
