Log into your SER Mobile account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Device

Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure that any cloud-based security locks, such as iCloud or Google accounts, are fully deactivated.

Pack and Ship

Securely place the device in its original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to send the package back to our processing center.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
